1. Where are we located?

We are based in Paris, France. All of our designs are created in-house and passed on to production partners based primarily in Europe and the United States. Our production partners produce orders as they arrive and then ship them directly to you.

2. Do you ship overseas?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Continental Europe (within the E.U.)

Continental Europe includes: Metropolitan France (including Corsica), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

Note: We have discontinued UK orders due to uncertainties surrounding VAT and BREXIT laws. We do not know if these orders will eventually be able to resume.

3. How much are shipping costs?

We know how much everyone hates shipping (so do we!), So we've tried to make things as simple as possible:

FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States, Canada, and the European Union.

For all other countries, we offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over €60. For orders under €60, the delivery rate is a flat rate of €10.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Deliveries abroad can take from 7 to 16 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Note: We use delivery service tracking (FedEx, UPS, etc.) for all our shipments to ensure that it gets to you.  If the shipment's tracking states that it was delivered to the address you provided, but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors and the delivery service. We are not able to cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. 


1. Are local taxes and customs duties included in the price?

As we ship worldwide, customs duties and shipping charges are not included in the price. Certain taxes like TVA in France are included in the price.

Please note that, depending on the destination, orders in Canada and certain European countries may be subject to additional charges (customs duties, import sales taxes) upon receipt by the Customer, depending on the legislation of his country and country of origin of the package. Customs duties and other taxes must be paid by the Customer directly to the delivery service.

2. Can I return my product?

We always go to great lengths to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an order, we're happy to help. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of order.

However, please note that we do not cover the cost of return and handling. Send us an e-mail to the address Contact US or hello at and we will guide you through the process. There are no returns on digital products.
